Customized sample prices depend on the quantity and type of garment style ordered, we charge $10 per tee and $20 per sweatshirt. Get yours now.
What kind of service does Civvy offer?
Civvy provides a full service package including specialty washes, silk screen printing, and private label.
What is your minimum purchase order?
Our minimum order is 300 pcs per style. One style means the same color and print (including measurement). However, you can choose your own size run for those 300 pcs. For free shipping, the minimum order is 3 styles each of 300 pcs.
What material are the garments made from?
We have four different high quality fabrics and we are under constant development of new fabrics.
° Jersey: 100% Combed Cotton, 30/1 4.9 oz.
° Tri-blend: 50% Poly / 25% Rayon / 25% Combed Cotton
° Fleece Tri-blend: 50% Poly / 25% Rayon / 25% Combed Cotton
° Poly Dye: 50% Combed Cotton / 50% Poly
What is PFD?
PFD refers to fabrics that are oversized in proportion to the expected shrinking during the dyeing process. They have been processed without optic whiteners and are off white in color. Naturally unbleached fabrics are set to take dyes better than white or optically whitened fabrics.
Can I have my own customized style?
Yes. We are a big factory capable of manufacturing almost any top you can imagine, although please note that minimums, turnaround time and prices will vary from the norm.

What are your print sizes?
Our print sizes are small (4’’x3’’) and big (12’’x18’’).
What areas of the garment can you print on?
We can print on the front, back and sleeves. We cannot print over the side stitches (full printing).
How do I send my designs for printing?
You can send us the original files by e-mail in any of the following formats:

Are the garments endurable to washing, ironing and everyday handling?
Yes. Our high quality printing resists everyday handling. Although, we suggest following the care instructions and wash the t-shirts inside-out to extend their lifetime.
Are the t-shirts labeled with Civvy or can I put my own label?
We are an anonymous supplier. None of our garments will come with a Civvy tag as we believe it’s your brand that should stand out.
What are “digital samples”?
Once your order is confirmed and we have received your designs we will create a digital sample. This is a PDF document containing a visual render of your t-shirts including all of your order specifications such a colors, placement, sizing, etc. We do not produce anything until we have your approval of the digital sample.
What are your lead times?
Once we have verified your payment and you have approved your digital sample, the production time will take up to 25 working days. Our lead times do not include delivery, this usually adds 2-3 more days.
Do you sell blanks (not printed t-shirts)?
Definitely. We can deliver them packed by size ready for you to personalize.
What are your payment methods?
